Baby Blues, Some Candy and the Day Laniakea almost Died

In the summertime, I find myself running around with so much to do and so little time.  I grab food on the run, eat while I am working, and that day was no different.  Except I didn’t throw away my trash.  I left it on the floor.  It was a bag of chips to be exact.  And my dog, my sweet Laniakea, managed to get herself into it.  She suffocated.  And almost died.  Ken saved her that day while I was photographing this session.  I came home with an amazing box of chocolates though.  They own a fabulous candy shop!
